A special edition Tag Heuer Monaco 'Steve McQueen' this watch has a 39mm brushed and polished square case and houses one of the most influential Swiss Automatic movements of all time. This movement was created by, Tag Heuer, Breitling and Swiss watch giant Dubois Depraz. It was the first ever automatic movement for chronographs.
The watch features a matte blue dial with two chronograph counters, controlled by the two push buttons on the opposite side of the case to the crown, a tradition amongst Monaco’s. Along with a date window at six o'clock this watch is perfect for everyday life. The dial is complete with red, white and black detail including polished indexes and hands.
In addition, the dial is decorated with the word “Heuer”, when the watch was originally created the Swiss watch group was only known as Heuer before the luxury goods group TAG bought into them in the late 20th century. This shows that Tag Heuer knows how important the Monaco is and they are sticking to the Monaco’s tradition.
Complementing the watch head perfectly is a black perforated black leather calfskin strap with a stainless steel deployment clasp to ensure comfort for the wearer and maximum safety whilst on your wrist.
