Gold Lockets

On the whole, Lockets are generally something really special. Whether they contain a picture of a loved one, or are just bought because they match an outfit, there’s always something special that sets them apart from the other gold jewellery.


Peter Jackson’s collection of lockets all come on a 9 ct gold chain and open to reveal a photo if you choose to mount one in there. As a gift, lockets are very useful as presents to a bride from a groom or as 18, 21st and other milestone birthdays. A famous examples of a locket from the history books is the piece of jewellery that Mary Queen of Scots gave to her loyal servant, Giles Mowbray, which is called the Penicuik Locket, and is currently on display in the Scottish National Museum.
